Stephie Cyr is the founder of Inner Insights Holistic School & Spa, currently celebrating over 9 years in holistic health. Stephie endows students with an intense fusion of holistic education, offering a medley of expertise massage techniques, wholesome nutrition, and a savvy business sense. Stephie holds a business marketing diploma from Mohawk College, is a certified Instructor for Aromatherapy massage. She is also a massage therapist, a herbalist, iridologist, alternative nutritionist, Reflexologist, Reiki Therapist, Instructor for Hot Stone, Holistic Spa government recognized Certifications. She is also certified in introduction to Traditional Chinese Medicine, has led Goddess Retreats for 6 years, and offers various workshops and engaging seminars. She believes we are all in control of our own destiny and is passionate about empowering individuals to develop their fullest potential and live happy, healthy lives.
Her impressive list of public speaking includes A-Channel & Rogers Television, Western University, Fanshawe College, Holistic World Expo, Total Woman’s Show, Loblaw’s, Chapter’s Book Store, Medix Medical School, Darcy Lane, and so on. Stephie believes in actively educating and motivating individuals to take better care of themselves.
