In Feb. of 1998 Stephie Cyr founded Inner Insights Spa. Now 12 years later, Stephie has been teaching courses for nearly a decade. Stephie's heritage is French & Native American and she is bilingual.   
She is continually interested in fostering a healthy lifestyle for herself and others. To that end, I've adopted 2 decades of vegetarian lifestyle and a regular practice of yoga, meditation and dance.  Keenan, my precious 12 year old boy, maintains an excellent immune system, completely naturally, free of vaccinations and western prescriptions. 
Having had many profound experiences I am indeed a firm believer in holistic medicine.  We have the knowledge to accelerate healing and bring about your radiant well being, naturally. A happy body, belly, and brain are essential precursors to vitality and well being.

In June of 2009 Stephie became a Reiki Master after over 10 years as a practitioner. from Reiki Master Gayle Gage of Essential Therapies.

2010 I earned Advanced Aromatherapy Certification, from Healing Fragrances (recognized by the Canadian Federation of Aromatheray; C.F.A.) and then past C.F.A. exams to become a recognized member of the Canadian Federation of Aromatherapists.

I earned my certifications as a Preventative Health Care Practitioner, Iridologist, Herbalist and Nutritional Consultant in Feb. 1998 from Sutton Institute.  In 1998 I graduated from Reflexology Association of Canada.

I was certified as an Aromatherapist in September, 1999.  I was also certified as an Aromatherapy Natural Beauty SPA Therapist in May 2001. I completed a 2 year Instructor's Apprentice program in 2002 certifying as an Aromatherapy Instructor. I was certified in Hot Stone in 2003.

For over eight years, my well-rounded holistic certifications and passion in teaching have enhanced the courses we offer at Inner Insights.  Our courses include specialized techniques, alternative nutrition, insights to various natural remedies, homecare advise and a keen business sense. Aromatherapy Certification course runs tri-annually.  The Holistic Aromatherapy Spa Program is offered quarterly at Inner Insights. Hot Stone Massage courses are offered monthly.

Our certification course offers hands on training, manual, D.V.D., and student clinic.  We aspire to set the bar for quality standards in the holistic industry. 

In Clinic: I have worked with a wide range of dis-ease: Parkinson's, Bulimia, Colitis, Fibromyalgia, Huntington's, AIDS, Attention Deficit Disorder, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disorder, Frozen Shoulder and Brain Tumors to name a few.

My success with clients can be attributed to their compliance, my experience & ongoing research to provide a high level of care ,education, guidance and positive beliefs.

My Dream is to build an eco-friendly Community Retreat & School amongst forest and gardens offering a safe healing space to influence your education and your true potential.  It still amazes me how where intention goes energy follows.  This large dream is a magnificent matrix with pieces so naturally being woven.

Stephie's appeared onA-Channel, &Roger's Cable's as well as teaching at the College, University and Central library to promote excitement in health living.  I've lectured at Holistic World Show, The Total Women Show, The Great Canadian Super Store, Fanshawe College and Western University, to name but a few.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.  Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.  It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.  We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?  Actually who are you not to be?  There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.  We are all meant to shine, as children do.  It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone.  And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.  As we're liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
