The Goddess Retreat This retreat includes a luxurious aromatherapy SPA treatment of choice (65 minutes), 2 yoga classes, a weight loss & detox naturally workshop, Signature Perfume Making, a Shamanic Sweat Lodge, guided meditation, goddess invocations, a sassy exotic Goddess workshop, Drumming, organic vegetarian meals & juice bar, plus accommodations.
Together we weave sacred space to nurture & cleanse ourselves with mindful healthy habits. This retreat is a powerful inward journey to enhance clarity while releasing unresolved issues & creating room for the new emerging inner-self to come & play.
This retreat offers relaxation,
loads of fun, nourishment and rejuvenation to you the Goddess. We honor
the upcoming Summer Solstice as we blossom to reveal our

Goddess Retreat Tentative Weekend Outline FRIDAY 5:30-6
p.m. Arrival & Greetings 6-6:30p.m. - Delicious Seasonal Dinner, includes organic
juice and herbal teas 6:30-7:30 p.m. Sharing Circles (Stephie Cyr)- For our highest good, Mindfully selecting animal spirit and Goddess cards, setting our intensions for healing strengths and visions of our highest potential. With clarity & courage you will look ahead to create your future We'll take time to make journal entries and encourage the manifestation of our dreams today
7:30-8:30 pm Empowerment Circle to honour our special gifts and teach us exercises
to encourage our intuition. We will
reflect upon the past year, and invite a vision for the future.
Stephie guides us through an Exotic Goddess Dance class. Here women learn from the
strut to the sensual dance, how to unveil the sensual Goddess within.
8:30 - 9:30 pm
-Exotic Goddess Workshop (Stephie Cyr) 9:30-10:15 pm -Mini Drum Workshop and Circle SATURDAY Until 8: a.m. - Journaling with Morning Tea 8-9 a.m. Breakfast - sample menu-banana & blueberry smoothies, yogurts, fresh fruit, maple oatmeal, scrambled tofu & organic breads. 9-10:15 a.m. Yoga, gentle hatha (Stephie
Cyr, certified Yoga Instructor) 10:30-12:30 p.m. Holistic SPA treatments and Relaxation 12:30-1:30 p.m. Lunch, to generate vitality and strength for the
evening’s sweat lodge. 1:30-3:30 p.m. Natural Detox workshop (Stephie Cyr) Learn effective
ways to cleanse your eliminative organs, naturally. Stephie
offers comprehensive cleansing tactics from fasts to special foods. 3:30-5:00 p.m. Preparing for the sweat
(Heloisa Porto)- Opening to
purification of body, mind and spirit. 5-6 p.m. Light Dinner - salads, sushi, wheat berry/cranberry salad, tabouli, marinated tofu, greens, fresh sprouts. Chocolate Cream tofu pie & herbal teas 6- late Sweat Lodge, including Drumming &Chanting Rituals (Heloisa
Porto) Heloisa, guides us through the Sweat Lodge, a powerful piece to shedding what no longer serves us and moving forward with our dreams. We will draw upon the strengths of this season, the great spirit and goddesses of winter, our ancestors, the elements, the nature spirits, and one another, to allow and embrace the qualities of night, of re-birth, and all that is possible. No experience with ritual needed. **Should there be heart troubles, pregnancy or other concerns, guests may opt out of the sweat lodge and receiving half price on a spa service instead. SUNDAY 9:00-9:30 a.m. Breakfast - organic Oatmeal with raisins, almonds,
coconut, maple syrup,
toast and fresh juices 9:30-10:30 a.m.
Yoga (Melanie
Wendt) 10:45 - 11:30 p.m. Blending Signature Perfumes- Signature your own Aromatic Perfume with guidance from Stephie Cyr, a certified Aromatherapy Instructor & Founder of Inner Insights Holistic School & Spa. With over 50 different essential oils to choose from you can create your dreams...Grounding blends, aphrodisiacs, spritzers for airborne bacteria, mental clarity/hang over remedy, bug repellant, etc. 11:30-1:00- Release and Relax - Perhaps opt to indulge in another delicious spa treatment
from Reiki, clarify your intuition and process; to Reflexology for
encouraging organs and glands to detox and rejuvenate; or a heavenly hot
stone massage to melt your aches away. See spa menu for more

Book your Goddess Day/Retreat with 8 or more friend and yours is free! A lovely gift to offer the bride to be or at a divorce party! Laid out are a few choices for you to choose from. Call us and we'd be happy to customize the perfect Day or Weekend Retreat for you and your special guests. Our Goddess Party ( 7.5 hrs ) generally consist of a Yoga class, followed by an empowerment circle. Lunch includes your choice of the detoxify or weight loss naturally workshop, a vegetarian buffet, followed by 90 minutes of treatment; choice of a Hot Stone Massage, or 1 hr. deep tissue aromatherapy and hot oil scalp massage or hand and foot spas.
