

Ordering from Inner Insights®
To provide excellent service to both our existing clients and our new customers, we are continually expanding and updating our
inventory. If there is something you would like to purchase but you do not
see it listed, please feel free to contact us. Other ordering information
follows.

- We accept cash, cheques, money orders, debit & credit. Please
call in with cards.

- Orders will be shipped within 24
to 72 hours after payment is confirmed.
- Cheques and money orders should be made out to Inner Insights®,
343 Richmond Street,
London ON N6A 3C2, CANADA.
- We have a Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy. If you are
not satisfied for any reason, any item may be returned within two weeks of
shipment for a full refund on cost of goods. If an error has been
made, we will gladly pay for return postage. A return authorization
number must be obtained for all returns.
- Due to the volatile nature of the essential oil market, price
commitment is made on placement of order only.
- The minimum order for delivery is $100. There is no minimum
size for pick-up orders.
- We provide wholesale pricing to customers with a vendor's permit.
This consists of a 30% discount on orders of $150 or more.
- US and international customers are billed in $US. Canadian customers
are billed in $CA.
- Shipping will be charged at actual UPS rates.
Where possible, and unless
otherwise requested, we will send by land mail. Note that UPS offers only express
service outside Canada and the 48 contiguous United States.
- There are no handling fees.
- All products are shipped out of our location in London, Ontario. We
handle customs
and clearance for all US and international shipments
and all related charges are to our account.
- There is no tax for US and international customers. Canadian
customers are charged 5% GST, and Ontario customers are charged a further 8%
PST unless exempt.
