A $25 Discount applies when registering for the Bliss Product
Creations workshop that is held on the same day.
The bath fizzy workshop also runs the same day and is .5
hr. and $20 to make 14 bath fizzies, or $15 for
children.
There is generally a .5 hour lunch break in-between the Soap
and Product Making workshops; for which you are welcome to bring
your own lunch or hop over to the Covenant Market for delicious
choices.

Each workshop is approximately 2.5 hours long with clean up time
and involves detailed hands on soap making, using lye to saponify
soap from scratch.
We'll be creating our own soap from natural ingredients (hemp oil,
butters, exfoliate & emollient agents, etc.).
Being an aromatherapy certification school, Inner Insights prides
itself in exceptional standards of teaching. In sharing our
referenced and safe blending knowledge of essential oils, we are
enhancing the industry standards, and our well-being.
Canadian Federation of Aromatherapy certifies Stephie Cyr as a
Certified Aromatherapy Health Professional.
Essential oils work through the limbic system to stimulate,
rejuvenate, relax, balance us, physically, emotionally, and
spiritually.
We have over 50 essential oils in stock for you to explore.
We bring out over 2 dozen wonderful aids to assist your blissful
scents.
We can play with it, adding swirls with earth dyes, all the while
learning about the process, the reaction, the magic.
Each participant leaves with about 3 lbs. (approximately 1.5 dozen
bars) of natural soap and a booklet detailing the process as well
as some info on saponification values and properties of various
carrier oils, butters, and essential oils.
We play with natural dyes and various blends of essential oils to
create your own custom hemp soaps. Stephie will guide you to
various choices of essential oils to add for sensitive skin, acne,
uplifting, grounding, even aphrodisiac properties.
We supply each participant with the following items:

pesticide free)
Natural Dyes
Natural Exfoliates
Soap Making Manual
All natural ingredients
Your personalized batch of home made soap
(Take home and don't open for 2 weeks, it's
still curing.)
We'll provide additional safety gear (vinegar and eye protection),
the essential tools of safe play.
Please wear clothes that CAN GET MESSY; include long sleeves, pants
and covered shoes. Avoid dangling jewelry.
Please bring a towel and a small to medium size box to wrap
your soap in.
About our Facilitator
Stephie Cyr is a certified Instructor for Aromatherapy, Aroma-Hot
Stone and Natural Beauty Spa certification courses. Stephie
attributes this soap a great aid to clear a life long battle with
eczema. She also is a graduate of Massage Therapy from D'arcy
Lane, certified Instructor for Aromatherapy Deep Tissue Massage,
certified Iridologist, Reflexologist, Reiki Therapist and Founder
of Inner Insights, Holistic School & Spa. She has been making
soap from scratch for nearly a decade.
About our mentors; MyKL and Laura Love operated delucious soap co
from their home in Locust Hill, Ontario, where they lovingly
handcraft each batch of sudsy fun. They were soap-making
instructors hear for 4 years and we enjoy sharing the Love and
Passion and Play of the soap-making experience with others as they
did.

For SAFETY reasons, there are only 5 spots available for each
workshop. As well only the facilitator works with blending the
lye. Until lye creates the soap process, saponification, it
is very caustic.
Some people feel more comfortable having us assist them in soap
making time and again, and we want you to feel safe with this
process. For these reasons, we encourage you to take
advantage of returning to soap workshops at 20% off for as long as
you'd like.
